AlphaBrain (alphabrain-ai.com) publishes AI-written market analysis for crypto futures. You read it and place your own trades. This page describes the data that passes through the site.
We hold no exchange API keys, no exchange credentials, and no wallet addresses. AlphaBrain is not connected to your exchange account, places no orders on your behalf, and takes no custody of funds. There is nothing to link and nothing for us to lose.
To sign you in, to decide which parts of the site your plan unlocks, to send account email (verification and password reset), and to measure how the site is used. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Beyond these processors, we share personal data only where the law requires it.
A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is necessary for the site to work and is not used for measurement.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies, and nothing analytics-related loads until you have accepted it. You are asked once, the choice is stored in your browser, and declining is the same single click as accepting. Everything on this site works identically either way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which makes the question appear again.
The controller of the personal data described here is the operator of AlphaBrain, [legal name and registered address to be inserted on registration], reachable through the Whop chat at whop.com/alpha-brain-trader.
Each purpose runs on its own legal basis. Your email address and sign-in identity are processed to perform the contract you enter when you create an account, and to decide what your plan unlocks. Your subscription status is read from Whop for the same reason. Analytics runs only on your consent, which you give or refuse when first asked and may withdraw at any time. Account and security email is sent to perform the contract; we send no marketing email.
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask that its processing be restricted, ask for it in a portable form, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did.
Requests go through the Whop chat and are answered within one month. If you are not satisfied with how a request was handled, you may complain to your national data protection authority — in Croatia, the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), azop.hr.
Firebase, Whop and Google Analytics are operated by companies in the United States, so the data described above is processed outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the safeguards each provider offers for that purpose — standard contractual clauses, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
Account data is kept while the account exists. Ask us to delete it and we remove the account and its data; billing records stay with Whop under their own retention rules.
Questions, data requests, and deletion requests go through the Whop chat at whop.com/alpha-brain-trader. That is the only support channel.
